Nest Seekers is a luxury real estate firm. Working with the Danny Abraham team, my focus was on digital marketing strategy across a seriously fragmented landscape: nine platforms, high-end listings, and an audience that's hard to reach and even harder to convert.

The work that mattered most was figuring out what was actually working. I analyzed weekly performance trends and turned those insights into recap decks that guided new content directions and testing priorities. I dug into which storytelling patterns were landing, including visual framing, pacing, and message angles, and used those insights to sharpen what we made next.

Building content formats across nine channels with that level of specificity pshed non-follower reach up 67.8%, a meaningful signal for a luxury real estate account that the content was reaching new people, not just the existing audience.

It was an early look at how data and creative aren't separate tracks. The numbers tell you where to look. The creative is what you do with that.
